Damp and mould
Evidence: resident report, photos, inspection, humidity/temperature context, repair history, vulnerability and follow-up.
Excess cold / heat
Evidence: heating, insulation, fabric, temperature trends, resident vulnerability, fuel poverty and temporary safety measures.
Falls and structure
Evidence: inspection photographs, defect urgency, make-safe actions, contractor records and resident updates.
Fire / electrical / explosions
Evidence: emergency classification, competent inspection, isolation/make safe, compliance records and follow-up works.
Hygiene and sanitation
Evidence: drainage, pests, refuse, facilities, support needs and multi-team ownership.
