What this resource is for
The centre helps readers move between the national framework, official documents and practical questions about reporting, assessment, repairs, communication, evidence and assurance. It welcomes resident and practitioner perspectives without turning them into legal authority.
Founder and editor
The site was created by Martin Moody, a technology and operations leader with experience in regulated environments, service operations, data and governance. Its focus is the gap between policy and delivery: how organisations organise the work and demonstrate the result.
Independence
This is not a government website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for a government, regulator, Ombudsman, local authority, housing association or featured publisher. Source links, named speakers and article entries do not imply a formal relationship.
Commercial interests
Supplier and consultant perspectives can be included when they add useful learning. They must be clearly identified, with relevant interests disclosed. Inclusion is not a recommendation to buy a product or service. The centre’s purpose is to inform, not sell products or services.
