What we are looking for

The hub is built around implementation learning. Contributions should help another housing professional understand what changed, what worked, what failed, what evidence was needed and what should be repeated or avoided.

Strong contributions

  • Provider or council case studies with clear lessons.
  • Damp and mould process improvements.
  • IoT or environmental monitoring pilots, including limitations.
  • Board assurance approaches, dashboards or audit questions.
  • Data-standard, CRM, repairs or case-management learning.
  • Resident communication improvements and accessibility learning.

Not suitable

  • Sales copy presented as independent evidence.
  • Claims with no source, method or context.
  • Resident-identifiable information.
  • Material that blames residents without evidence.
  • Legal conclusions without qualified support.
  • Supplier claims that cannot be checked.

Publication standards

Published examples are edited for clarity, accuracy, accessibility and consistency. Supplier and sponsor submissions are welcome where they add genuine learning, but they will be labelled appropriately and treated as examples rather than endorsements.

  • Declare any organisation, supplier, consultancy or commercial interest connected with the submission.
  • Provide links to public source material where possible.
  • Explain the operational lesson, not only the headline result.
  • Separate measured outcomes from opinion or aspiration.

Resident protection

Do not send personal data, case notes, photographs, addresses, tenancy details or any information that could identify a resident, child, household or individual member of staff. Examples should be anonymised before submission.

Submit an example

Send a short summary, relevant source links, proposed attribution and any conflicts of interest. We may respond with editorial questions before publication.

Submissions are reviewed editorially. Sending an example does not guarantee publication.
